Question: How can 2K Sports possibly top last year’s NBA 2K11, which was headlined by the greatest player in the game, Michael Jordan? Well, you add on to that greatness with more greatness! It’s a simple solution, but it’s effective; the case in point here is adding Magic Johnson and Larry Bird to the mix in NBA 2K12, which adds up to the holy trinity of the NBA and its legacy.
The three legends will each grace their own variant of the game’s cover (illustrated by famed sports artist Adam Larson), thus making it a hard decision for all NBA 2K fans out there, as they will have to choose one to own (of, if you’re rich, you could get all three covers I suppose). Who do you choose? You have until the game’s launch on October 4th to make up your mind!
