New King of Fighters XIII Trailer Released

SNK Playmore has released a new trailer for the upcoming console port of The King of Fighters XIII, showing off the slickly refined gameplay that should make King of Fighters fans very happy, especially after the overall letdown that was The King of Fighters XII. On top of the new additions console owners can expect to see, such as Story Mode, Practice Mode, Time Attack and Survival Modes, three new characters have been revealed for the roster, which are:

  • Billy Kane – A fan-favorite villain whose last playable appearance was in the 2006 PlayStation 2 title KOF: Maximum Impact 2
  • Saiki – Originally an unplayable sub-boss in the arcade version of KOFXIII, Saiki is now playable
  • Iori – It looks like the Iori that fans love is back as a DLC character, seeing as he now has his purple pyrokinetic powers once again

The trailer can be seen below, and remember that The King of Fighters XIII will release on October 25 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360!
