New “Remember Me” Gameplay Video Released
Capcom has released a new gameplay demo video of their recently announced futuristic action game Remember Me, which is off the press from Gamescom 2012. Clocking in at over 9 minutes, the video shows protagonist Nilin off on a mission to wipe the memory of a specified target in 2084 Neo-Paris; problem is, this target is rather psychotic and is chasing you down with a heavily armed air-based vehicle (seems to be a futuristic take on a helicopter), so completing your task is a little easier said than done.
It’s a rather action-heavy sequence overall, and shows off the game’s utilization of parkour platforming, as well as combat that seems to take notes from that seen in Batman: Arkham Asylum. On another note, the voice acting seen here is pretty sub-par, though it remains to be seen if this is just placeover work for the time being or is what we should expect in the final build of the game.
