Adon, Cody and Guy Revealed for Super Street Fighter IV

Mark off another check on that rumored list of characters for Super Street Fighter IV, as Capcom has officially announced (by way of Famitsu) three more characters to the roster, of which there is Adon of Street Fighter (the original) and Street Fighter Alpha fame, as well as Final Fight protagonists Cody and Guy.

For those not aware, Adon has quite the history with Sagat, dating back to the original Street Fighter, where Sagat was the final boss and Adon was the pre-boss fight (just as Sagat was the tie-in to M. Bison/Vega in Street Fighter II); after Sagat lost to Ryu in the original tournament, Adon has been proclaiming himself to be the true king of Muay Thai, which has lead to quite the heated rivalry between the two. It will be interesting to see how their story develops with Adon's inclusion.

As for Cody and Guy, it seems that Cody is still in Jail; either that, or he just never changed clothes since his reappearance in Street Fighter Alpha 3. Guy had a larger role in Street Fighter Alpha 3, as he shared quite the story with Rose, and judging by the screenshot of him fighting her, there's still some unfinished business in that regard.

But wait!! What's that on the top-right section of Guy's page.....him deflecting a kunai? Could that kunai in question possibly belong to Street Fighter III's Ibuki? Just a wild hunch....
