Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Announced for the Wii U

On November 18th, the Wii U will hit the US market. It’s hard to believe that we will experience the next generation of console gaming in just a few short months. Time certainly does fly. This time around, it seems that Nintendo is changing it’s focus. It’s hard to ignore the FGC (Fighting Game Community) when eSports is becoming as mainstream as MMA is today. With that said, it comes as no surprise that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available as a Wii U title as soon as the new console is released.

I believe this to be the very first Tekken title to ever be playable on a Nintendo system. Call it history. What should we expect from Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition? Well, you guessed it! Nintendo themed costumes! There’s also a new Mushroom Battle mode. More details on the new battle mode and Nintendo character outfits will be announced as the Wii U launch date approaches. As of right now, Mario & Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser and Link costumes can be expected.
