Attention all CT residents: our friends over at Retro Games Plus will be hosting another tournament next week, and this time it’s catering to the fighting game crowd. Friday, September 14 will be the date for this latest tournament, which will be comprised of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (Xbox 360), Super Street Fighter IV (Xbox 360) and the one that started it all, Street Fighter II (SNES). Entry into the tournament itself is $5 per tournament, with a $40 gift card for use at Retro Games Plus to the winner in each tournament, and a $20 gift card for the runner-ups. Entrants can register for the tournament over at Woovite to avoid registering on-site, though that option is available for those who would prefer that avenue.

If you’re in the Fairfield County area next weekend, then this is certainly something to check out – best of luck to all who enter!
